Added new coins to the list.
Minor changes to the discount policy. Starting today, some individual coins will have a fixed price. Mostly it will affect some of the silver coins and coins with a price above 20 EUR. These coins will be marked with an asterisk (*) next to the country name in the list. However, to determine the total discount for other coins, coins that have a fixed price are also taken into account.
For example
Coin no. 1 costs 12 EUR
Coin no. 2 costs 40 EUR*
Coin no. 3 costs 1 EUR
Coin no. 4 costs 4.5 EUR
Discount 10% (57.5 EUR)
Total payment 40 EUR* + 17.50 x 0.9 = 40 EUR + 15.75 EUR = 45.75 EUR
